General Refund Policy
– For any item not specified below, there is a 72 hour return period from the date your order is picked up from our warehouse and will be subject to inspection. No returns will be given after the 72hour period has ended. All items being returned within the 72 hour return period must be undamaged and in their original packaging material. Damaged or opened items will not be accepted for return under any circumstance. Slabs will only be eligible for return if the material is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered. Please inspect all material at the time of delivery
Delivery Policy
All orders are to be paid in full prior to delivery. Material is to be inspected prior to off loading slab count, color and damage evaluation. If the delivery is approved then material will be offloaded.
Material Storage
All material to be stored indoors in climate controlled space. We will store customers’ material for 30 days free of charge, after 30 days a fee depending on quantity will be assessed and applied monthly.
Return Policy
Notify QuartzoUSA of any defect in the material within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged material must be supplied for verification.
Special Orders
(super exotic, Semi Precious stones) No cancellation, No Returns. Allow 6-12 months on all special orders depending on quantity and availability. All dates given are subject to change. Delivery times are subject to change according to availability.
Special Order Slabs
– We order and ship in your custom slabs directly from the manufacturer. These manufacturers charge us a return shipping and a restocking fee if you change your mind. For this reason, there is a 45% restocking fee on all special order stone slabs that have not been fabricated yet. There will be no refunds given on special order stones if fabrication has already started. No exceptions.

Special ordered manufactured products, including countertops, shower floors, Furniture, Home Decor, Table Tops, Sinks, Basins, Quartz, Marble, Limestone, Porcelain, Onyx, Semi precious stones (Agate, Amethyst, Jasper, Quartzite, Jade, Opal, Ruby, Obsidian, Malachite, Selenite, Labradorite, Lapis, Lazuli, Chalcedony, Corundum, Petrified wood, Tiger Eye, Brazilian Giant, etc,) all items related with the special manufacturing process for kitchen and bath are all digitally programmed and custom cut from a slab to your specifications. For this reason, they are not refundable, and no changes can be made once we have received your diagram.
Overseas Shipments
FOB (Free on Board) containers 30-50% up front remaining balance due prior to material shipped from the factory.
Instock material
Door to door – 100% Balance paid before delivery
Return Restocking
On material that can be restocked, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Cancelation Policy
Up to 25% cancellation fee may apply on orders to cover Logistics(transportation, reservations, packaging), documentation and prep fees.
Shipping
– Many of the items you are ordering come from multiple manufacturers, some items even come from different countries. We always try our best to keep everything on schedule for you, however many delays are out of our control. No refunds or credits will be given for items or shipments that are delayed. Item arrival dates given to you by any employee of Quartzo are only estimates.
